Key terms for using FIX4U services and purchasing products.

Services

Repairs are carried out based on assessment and agreed scope. Additional faults found during repair will be discussed before extra work proceeds.

Quoted prices are confirmed before work begins where practical. Payment is due on collection / completion unless otherwise arranged.

Repairs carry a 3-month warranty. Eligible products carry a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.

We take care with your device. Please back up important data where possible before service. Some faults may not be fully recoverable.
